Planning & Coordination 

We work with our clients in both “Full Planning” and “Month-Of Coordination” options to ensure that they have exactly the right amount of support throughout the entire process.

Just in case you’re wondering what the difference is between “Full Planning & Design” and “Month-of Coordination,” here are some additional details:



This service is for our clients who would prefer to manage everything throughout her planning journey, but wants to be sure that the only thing she has to worry about on her wedding day is slipping into her beautiful dress and saying, "I do"! 

Our “month-of coordination” package is more extensive than what most other planners offer with just "day-of coordination" because we want to ensure that our clients have an easy planning process–even when we are not working directly with them or providing our inclusive packages. 


To make this a successful process with provide our clients with the tools and expertise they need as they plan their big day, which allows for a flawless transition as we take over the to-do’s and make sure everything is handled correctly.


With this service our client is able to confidently hand things over to a trusted professional weeks before the wedding allowing themselves to be fully present in the days (and hours) leading up to the perfect picture moment when saying “I do!”

​Month -of Planning Royal Package: 

  • Certified Wedding Coordinator

  • Planning checklists and forms

  • Vendor suggestions (Client(s) responsible for vendor selections)

  • Planning meeting & walk-though at venue selected before the wedding

  • Final planning meeting 2 weeks before wedding

  • Preparation and distribution of event schedule (Client(s) must supply vendors’ contact information)

  • Direct wedding ceremony rehearsal (if one is scheduled)

  • Act as family & vendor contact person throughout the entire wedding day

  • Direct wedding ceremony & reception (based on wedding party size, assistant wedding director is $250.00)

Additional Popular Add-ons: 

  • Design Services and Set-up

  • Vendor options (this varies by state and based on availability)

With adding on an additional service like Designing, we can even design your beautiful day which could include centerpieces, sweetheart/head table design, full ceremony design including arch décor or unique arch rentals and so much more.
