Perfect for couples who already have their décor, personal items, and venue-provided pieces, but need a professional eye and experienced team to bring everything together beautifully.
This package includes styling and placement of client-provided décor and available venue décor, including welcome areas, ceremony details, guest book table, card box, signage, memory table, sweetheart table accents, cake table décor, and other small to moderate styling elements.
Our team will thoughtfully arrange your décor, create cohesive focal areas, and collaborate with your planner or coordinator to ensure the design feels polished, intentional, and aligned with your wedding vision.
We will return at the end of the event to take down decor and place in your available containers.
The Styled Essentials Experience
Starting at $1,895
Best for couples who already have a vision but need professional styling and décor placement.
Transform your venue with thoughtfully designed tablescapes, statement focal areas, and professionally styled décor using Bold & Belle’s in-house collection. Our team handles the installation and teardown of décor we provide, incorporates existing venue elements when appropriate, and works alongside your planner or coordinator to ensure every detail is beautifully executed and cohesive.
The Belle Design Experience

Best for couples who want a more cohesive design plan, guidance with rentals/florals/linens and on-site styling execution.
The Bold Experience
Starting at $3,800+
Best for couples wanting a fully custom, elevated design with sourcing, curated details, and high-touch design support from concept to execution. All decor provided by Bold & Belle.
Final pricing is based on guest count, venue location, design scope, setup complexity, staffing needs, and décor/rental selections. Travel fees may apply.
