Our Services
Additional services may be added to select packages based on availability, event location, staffing needs, and overall event scope.
Coordination & Planning Add-Ons
Additional Assistant — $250
Recommended for larger weddings, heavy setup needs, multiple locations, or extended event coverage.
Additional Coordination Hours — $100 per hour
Available when you need coverage beyond the hours included in your package.
Unlimited Contact & Communication Upgrade — $800
For couples who would like extended planning support, unlimited communication, guidance, and extra touchpoints throughout the planning process.
Rehearsal not included in package — $150
For rehearsals held outside the contracted wedding day timeline or outside the standard included rehearsal window.
Rehearsal Dinner Planning — $350
Includes planning assistance for up to 2 vendors.
Rehearsal Dinner Setup & Coordination — $500
Includes on-site setup support and coordination for your rehearsal dinner. up to 3hrs
Setup, Breakdown & Event Support
Table & Chair Setup — $295
Placement of tables and chairs according to the approved layout.
Table & Chair Breakdown — $295
Breakdown of tables and chairs at the end of the event.
Table & Chair Setup + Breakdown — $500
Includes both setup and breakdown of tables and chairs.
Bussing Tables — $400
Light table clearing during the event.
Trash Removal Support — $400
Assistance with collecting and removing event trash to the venue’s designated disposal area.
Tableware / Place Setting Setup — $150
Setup of plates, chargers, flatware, napkins, glassware, and other table setting items.
Dessert Table Setup + Cake Cutting — $150
Includes dessert table styling and cake cutting assistance.
Décor & Styling Add-Ons
Client-Provided Décor Setup Only — $275
Setup of décor items provided by the client. Added onto planning package
Client-Provided Décor Tear Down — $275
Breakdown and packing of client-provided décor items. Added onto planning package
Client-Provided Décor Setup + Tear Down — $600
Includes both setup and teardown of décor provided by the client.
Detailed Table Décor Setup — $150+
Required for table décor setups with more than 8 pieces per table or detailed styling needs.
Arbor Floral or Floral Installation Setup — $150+
Placement of arbor florals, floral accents, or other floral installations.

Silk Florals & Rentals
From bridal bouquets and bridesmaid bouquets to centerpieces, ceremony florals, arrangements, and specialty floral accents, our silk floral options can be customized to fit your vision.

Inventory lists are available upon booking. Select silk floral pieces, arches, and décor rentals may also be available based on date, location, and package selection.
