Full Wedding Day Management/Coordination

Designed for couples who have planned the details but want a professional with a little extra to ensure everything comes together seamlessly on the big day.

• ✔️ Coordination of key moments such as processional, grand entrance, toasts, cake cutting, and send-off

• ✔️ Placement of small personal décor items, including items such as guest books, welcome signs, card boxes,        favors, reserved signs, seating charts, and simple tabletop accents provided they are ready for placement

• ✔️ Emergency kit and on-site problem solving so you can enjoy your day with confidence

This package is focused on professional coordination, not full décor installation.

The following services are not included:

• Full wedding décor setup or styling

• Complex centerpiece or tablescape installation

• Table and chair setup or arrangement

• Place setting installation (plates, flatware, glassware, napkins, chargers, etc.)

• Venue cleanup or end-of-night teardown

• Full décor breakdown and packing

If your event requires extensive decorating or multiple setup tasks, additional assistance may be added to your package, or you may choose our Full Wedding Design & Décor Package for comprehensive styling and installation services.

Hybrid Wedding Coordination Experience (Better than Day of and Month of Coordination!) 

Unlike traditional coordinators who step in at the end, we support you throughout planning, so your wedding day runs smoothly.More than Month-of and better than Day of Coordination!

• Support BEFORE the wedding (virtual)

• THEN show up on the wedding day

• 2 months of virtual coordination (everything listed in virtual coordination)

Starting at $600

Perfect for couples who already have their décor, personal items, and venue-provided pieces, but need a professional eye and experienced team to bring everything together beautifully.

This package includes styling and placement of client-provided décor and available venue décor, including welcome areas, ceremony details, guest book table, card box, signage, memory table, sweetheart table accents, cake table décor, and other small to moderate styling elements.

Our team will thoughtfully arrange your décor, create cohesive focal areas, and collaborate with your planner or coordinator to ensure the design feels polished, intentional, and aligned with your wedding vision.

We will return at the end of the event to take down decor and place in your available containers.

The Styled Essentials Experience

Starting at $1,895

Best for couples who already have a vision but need professional styling and décor placement.

Transform your venue with thoughtfully designed tablescapes, statement focal areas, and professionally styled décor using Bold & Belle’s in-house collection. Our team handles the installation and teardown of décor we provide, incorporates existing venue elements when appropriate, and works alongside your planner or coordinator to ensure every detail is beautifully executed and cohesive.

Best for couples who want a more cohesive design plan, guidance with rentals/florals/linens and on-site styling execution.
