❓ Do you offer planning or just coordination?

We offer a modern, flexible approach to wedding planning and coordination. From Virtual Coordination for guided support, to Partial Planning for more involved assistance, and Hybrid Coordination with wedding day execution—we’re here to support you at every stage.

❓ How do I know which service is right for me?

Most couples start with Virtual Coordination for guidance and upgrade to Partial Planning or Hybrid Coordination if they need more hands-on support or wedding day coverage. If you’re unsure, we’ll help guide you!

❓ Do you travel?

Yes! We work with both local and destination clients. Travel fees may apply depending on location.

VIRTUAL COORDINATION

❓ What is Virtual Coordination?

Virtual Coordination is a flexible monthly planning service designed for couples planning their wedding on their own but wanting expert guidance along the way—without committing to a full planner.

 

❓ What’s included with Virtual Coordination?

You’ll receive ongoing planning support including timeline guidance, organization tips, vendor advice, and help making decisions throughout your planning process.

You’ll also have unlimited email access to our team of real wedding professionals (not AI).

 

❓ How does Virtual Coordination work?

Virtual Coordination is a monthly service starting at $39 for the first month and $59/month after. You’ll be automatically billed each month and can continue for as long as you need support.

 

❓ Is there a contract?

No—there are no long-term contracts. You can cancel anytime.

 

❓ Do you offer support on the wedding day?

Yes! We offer an optional Wedding Day Phone Support add-on, giving you real-time access to our team for guidance and problem-solving throughout your wedding day.

PARTIAL & HYBRID COORDINATION

❓ What is the difference between Partial Planning and Hybrid Coordination?

Hybrid Coordination includes virtual planning support for 2 months leading up to your wedding and in-person coordination on the wedding day.

Partial Planning offers a higher level of involvement with more hands-on guidance, additional communication, and deeper support throughout the planning process—plus wedding day coordination.

 

❓ Does Partial Planning include wedding day coordination?

Yes! Partial Planning includes up to 8 hours of in-person coordination on your wedding day to manage your timeline, vendors, and overall flow.

 

❓ What is Hybrid Coordination?

Hybrid Coordination is more than day-of and better than traditional month-of coordination. It includes virtual planning support for 2 months leading up to your wedding, with scheduled calls with your coordinator plus in-person coordination on the big day for a seamless experience.

 

❓ Can I upgrade my services later?

Yes! Many couples begin with Virtual Coordination and upgrade to Partial Planning or Hybrid services as their needs evolve.

 

DESIGN & DÉCOR

❓ Do you offer décor setup only?

Yes! Our Design Team Assistance service is perfect for couples who already have décor or are using venue items. We will come on-site to set up and style everything based on your vision.

 

❓ Does décor setup include décor?

No—this service includes setup and styling only. It does not include décor items. We would use your decor items along with any decor provided by the venue to help you design and style your ceremony and reception area. 

 

❓ Do you offer full design and décor services?

Yes! We offer full design services including curated décor, styling, setup, and breakdown for a cohesive and elevated look.

 

❓ What types of décor do you offer?

We offer a variety of décor including linens, centerpieces, charger plates, ceremony décor, and silk florals—customized to your vision.

 

❓ Will you set up and take down décor?

Yes. Full design services include both setup and breakdown. Setup-only services may have breakdown available as an add-on.

 

BOOKING & PROCESS

❓ How do we book?

Start by filling out our contact form. We’ll review your details and follow up with next steps, availability, and recommendations based on your needs.

 

❓ How far in advance should we book?

We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for Partial Planning, Hybrid Coordination, and design services, as availability is limited.

 

❓ What is required to secure our date?

Your date is secured once an agreement is signed and a retainer is paid.

 

❓ Do you offer payment plans?

Yes! Payment options vary by service, and we’re happy to discuss what works best for you.
