To make this a successful process we provide our clients with the tools and expertise they need as they plan their big day, which allows for a flawless transition as we take over the to-do’s and make sure everything is handled correctly.


With this service our client is able to confidently hand things over to a trusted professional weeks before their special day allowing themselves to be fully present in the days (and hours) leading up to the perfect picture moments of their memorable event!

Day of Coordination/Event Managment Royal Package: (This is our base package. Depending on your needs, we have other Event Management Packages available) 

  • Day of Coordination for up to 12 hours (Some packages may have more or less hours) 

  • Assistant Coordinator

  • Coordinator will manage all aspects of your wedding day including assisting all vendors.

  • Planning includes unlimited email/text communication with our team. Phone calls must be scheduled.

  • Easy Online Client Portal to share details, images and inspiration as well as open communication. 

  • Full Belle Team to assist alongside your day of coordinator to assist with advice, answer questions - etc during your planning process.

  • We will work directly with your venue to ensure everything is in order for your wedding day.

  • (Venue booked directly by client)

  • Vendor recommendations

  • Vendor management and check-ins

  • Timeline creation and distribution of day of events

  • Decor set-up assistance of ceremony area and reception area (*If you would like us to provide decor/design options we can work with you to figure out a decor package which will include full set-up and tear-down. This is a popular option for brides/clients who are having a destination wedding or would like to have us create designs so you will not be stuck with tons of items after your wedding. :))

  • Assistance with taking down decor at the end of event and placed in bride/clients designated containers

  • Assistance with Floor Plan if needed.

  • Rehearsal Coordination - 1 hour rehearsal to organize wedding party for line-up and placement (based on venue availability)

  • Event Management throughout the day to assist bride and groom and guests.

  • Stress-free planning! 

  • Option to add on discounted services/vendors.

Month of Coordination Royal Package: (Include all of the day of coordination services with a few extras below:) 

  • Vendor Consultations to help you choose which type of vendors you need for your event

  • Review Proposals and Contracts to ensure that services match with the integrity of the event.

  • Budget Management 

  • Additional Planning Calls/Meetings

  • Venue walk-through (if required) 

  • Simple Designer Choice Decor for ceremony and reception *if needed (vision will be discussed to see what options are needed and based on availability of inventory. Any special colors, design, custom fresh florals, arch rentals - are not included and must be added on. This varies per location of event.
